Michelle Williams can be your landlord in Brooklyn — for $35,000 a month

Michelle Williams is giving fans a chance to live in Hollywood-style luxury — if they have $35,000 a month to spare.

“The Brokeback Mountain” star has leased her massive 6,500-square-foot mansion in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park South — offering eight bedrooms, six full bathrooms and plenty of A-list perks, according to Realtor.com.

The historic estate, built in 1910 and often referred to as the “Tara of Brooklyn,” has been compared to the famous “Gone with the Wind” mansion thanks to its grand two-story porch surrounded by towering columns.

Williams bought the house in 2015 for $2.5 million and has since restored it to its former glory, with modern touches woven into the property’s old-world charm.

According to property records, Williams has been active in Brooklyn real estate for years — with a specialty in running areas before they were cool. In 2014, she sold a home in the town of Boerum Hill for $8.8 million, well above the asking price of $7.5 million. She bought that home in 2005 for $3.6 million; it’s where she lived with her ex-fiancé Heath Ledger, who died in early 2008 of a drug overdose.

Then, in 2020, she and her husband, “Hamilton” director Thomas Kail, bought a $10.8 million home in Brooklyn Heights.

Williams’ Prospect Park South property, located just two blocks from Prospect Park, has been meticulously renovated by Matiz Architecture and Workstead Design.

The home retains its original architectural features, including arched bay windows, a grand staircase and charming porches, while boasting modern amenities such as heated floors, a marble-countertop kitchen with a La Cornue range, and a home gym.

The master suite offers a dressing room, a decorative robe and a private office.

It also features a spa-like bathroom with a private deck, a soaking tub and a sauna.

Outside, tenants will find a heated pool, lush landscaping and a two-car garage—a rare find in Brooklyn.

Born and raised in Montana, Williams rose to fame in Dawson’s Creek before earning multiple Oscar nominations for roles in films such as Blue Valentine and Manchester by the Sea.

Williams and Ledger became a high-profile couple after meeting on the set of Brokeback Mountain. The two had a daughter, Matilda.

In the past two years, Williams, who married Kail in 2020, has since stepped back from her career to focus on family life.
